The most realistic video game experience we've ever had.

If I ever had a conversation with a purple cartoon unicorn, in a bar, this is probably how it would go down.

HN has been quiet today as we've been packing our shit for BABScon, and testing out the Alpha of this new game called "Cloptopia" from Mittsies, which one of our senior writers is going to do an in-depth review of this week. It has taken all day to get it down to a science, because it is one of those casual vampires - fun enough that you can play it all day without effort.

Prior to the release of Equestria Girls, there was a site called "StarSue" (we assume that's the name of the Hasbro C&D team) that released a series of flash games vaguely related to the movie. Many wrote them off as being fake, as some of the characters hadn't been revealed yet. Turns out they were legit.

Well we can only hope that these games are legit too, because Twilight Sparkle is sporting a bigass baby bump as you take her on a maternity fashion shopping spree.

Horse-Dating video game, EFNW / Japan Ponycon Applications Open, Chinese robot Horse. - Tidbits

"Joy Pony" - care for the Pony Babies...or don't....

Did you ever have a Tamagotchi or a Digipet back in the day? What do you mean you weren't born yet? Fine. Well anyway, we were sent a game that reminds us, quite a bit of that. 

The game is called "Joy Pony", and the goal is very simple: care for these abandoned baby Mane-6 ponies. 

More SPECIFICALLY: Care for them, or else they will die a horrific death.

On the other side of the coin, we have a second game from the same producer where the goal is...the exact opposite.

Legends of Equestria is under attack

Many ponyfans have been looking forward to tonight for quite some time now. 

None, perhaps more than the developers of Legends of Equestria, who were excited to launch the open server weekend of the latest game build tonight. Everything went well....for about 20 minutes.

HorseGame Demo Trailer & New Equidev Website

The fandom has numerous content producing groups in it's midst, some of them don't get nearly enough exposure, considering the quality that they produce. Among those is Equidev, a group that has been working away at an experience called "HorseGame". After a long wait, the group has reached a point in production they are satisfied with, and will even be releasing a demo soon. Check out the info they sent us below.

Video games add pony easter eggs in effort to maintain relevance

After the release of the wildly-disappointing "Watch_Dogs", whose only saving grace was it's IWTCIRD Easter Eggs, several other games have been brought up recently each with pony-themed clickbait. Unlike Watch_Dogs however, these games are old as fuck, and are clearly hopping on the pony wagon to maintain some semblance of relevance.
