Readers who follow Twitter lately will have heard of Filly Con's twitter account being hijacked. The hijacker is putting out various accusations, and there are allegations of charity money theft as well. The new user's output consists, amongst other things, alt-right political memes and other internet nonsense that makes us reluctant to call them adults with a straight face.

The allegations of charity theft include money not going to the charity in question, and dodgy vendors, to the tune of thousands of dollars.

Things are currently in a state of flux, but we'll be sure to keep you updated as we obtain more information.

Another more straightforward theft occurred at Griffish Isles this weekend - the con Chair HypnoHooves informs me that a collectible Derpy figure from the MLP version of Game of Life they had arranged for the games room has been stolen.

Brony "Analyst" ToonKriticY2K Allegedly Solicits Sexual RP and Photos from Minor

ToonKriticY2K, a self-described pedophile (as seen in screenshots in this article), was recently caught apparently grooming a 14 year old girl in a series of erotic role plays.  Over 500 screen caps of Skype conversations spanning a period of 13 months were recently released, detailing his relationship with the pubescent girl.

These allegations came to light recently in a video released by brony drama enthusiast Vida.  Some of the more damning screenshots are below, along with the video and a link to an archive of all the screenshots.

UPDATE: All charges against the anons listed below have been dropped since the article was published.  The anons have made apologies to FiauraTheTankGirl for any misunderstandings that occurred between them.  The racism charges were also dropped by the person who had signed that complaint as they did not actually witness the event first hand.  The sexual harassment complaint was never actually filed, but the person who made the complaint has already publicly withdrawn their complaint (as detailed within the article).  We hope BABScon will also refrain from placing any ban longer than what was already imposed upon them.

This is the story of a hat and its brief journey from the inflated head of the “analcyst” known as ToonKriticY2K (aka CarToonZ) to the depths of a hotel toilet at BABScon 2017 and how a lie about sexual harassment got the badges of the three anons involved pulled, who now face the possibility of being unofficially blackballed for life from all pony conventions.  For “borrowing” a hat.  A fucking hat.

Brony Vendor Explodes and Blames Customers for Own Mistakes on Etsy

Yeah, these vendors are passionate alright... but I guess that's a nice way of saying stupidly emotional.

Look at that, barely a week into our mini show hiatus and we've already got a drama report for you guys! I mean, it's not like it's about a major vendor, but it's a new one that has had a large sales volume recently and could easily become a convention vendor regular.

Before diving into detail let me just tell you guys that this article isn't so much about the quality of this vendor's product so much as it is the shitty way they treat customers that don't give every item they buy 5 stars (on Etsy that's a perfect star rating, btw). Even if you never see yourself buying bath bombs I think it's a good reference article for how vendors should treat their customers, especially if they claim that they're making a living off of their store. It's gonna be a long one, so sit back with a snack and enjoy. More after the break!
