Pony Confirmed for 2017 and beyond

See that little check box?
That's a checkbox for "content" in 2017 and beyond
That Checkbox is for My Little Pony
That means they're planning on making MLP content for at least another 3 years - A movie investment in Each 2015, 2016, 2017 and Television seasons in Each.

That "5 more years" quote is further confirmed.

Here's some details about Season 5 and EQG 3:

The 100th Episode is coming up and Cutie Mark Magic is the theme for Season 5. We knew that but moving on.

Equestria Girls 3: Friendship Games is coming this fall. Rarity and Applejack are absent from this picture. In it we see another school called "Shadow Bolts", Girls wearing roller skates, and holding archery equipment.

Pony made big money.

Here's a glimpse of the MLP Movie logo.

  1. That checkbox if only for the movie.

    1. The ride..ending..not.
Also we already knew there was going to be many more seasons a long time ago, of course they will be shit since the quality has been degrading since season 2.

    2. Except "degrading since season 2" implies a steady downward curve. Season 2 remains best season, but 4 was also a massive improvement on 3. It'd be more accurate to say that the quality has been fluctuating since season 2. Especially since MMDW has yet to be topped for worst episode, no matter what anyone says.

  2. Why are we getting a third fucking EqG movie while waiting 9 months for a new season of horse for fuck's sake

    1. Because, unlike another boring season of ponies doing who gives a fuck, a third Equestria Girls movie would actually be GOOD.

  3. That would probably be significantly more notable, if MLP didn't exists since the 80s.

  4. WHY did nobody ask for an air date during the audience questions section.

    1. They're investors not whiny fans.

    2. Go buy some stock then you can ask whatever you want that gets approved to be asked, which even if they did nobody in that room knows because top-level executives are not product and marketing planners for a regional subdivision of a subdivision of a franchise in a product portfolio of a company that's part of four other companies.

But, I dont expect this fandom to wrap their head around that when they still jump on VAs at conventions to ask if they'll read their Sonic-Horse fanfic in-character.

  5. Dammit Capper, this is talking about budget injections for the big-project movie. If it gets pushed back past 2017 for whatever reason, then that's the investment strategy. Doesn't confirm shit-all about the TV show or any other movies.

  6. BronyMike, care to elaborate? Also, as far as I can tell it implies (from 'production ramps in 2016') that yes, it could reasonably be done by 2017.

  7. What do P & L stand for, BronyMike? As far as I can tell, you can also guess that there are three more seasons confirmed... i mean if they invest for three more years, surely?

But no, it says nothing about the dates for the series.

  8. I think MLP:FiM needs to be wrapped up with season five so they can focus exclusively on Equestria Girls.
