It
seems that the some horsefuckers felt that the Bad Dragon's old "Mary
the Anthro Mare" did not emulate the feel of cartoon horse pussy well
enough. In response, Bad Dragon has developed the "Sugar Star", the
newest in their line of fleshlights created by users.
The
toy looks to be slightly tighter and is a bit less girthy than Mary,
but is also 8 inches in length compared to Mary's 7 inches. "Sugar Star"
has the same amount of color options as Mary; including the same toy
exclusive colors such as "Rare white", "Party Pink", and "Butterfly
Yellow".

"Sugar Star" will run at a base cost of $130, the same as the older Mary toy, and is available for purchase from
Bad Dragon right now.

Like
most, if not all, pony related announcements, a fairly good amount of
drama followed short after, particularly on the official Bad Dragon
forums. Xan, a user on the BD site, noted "This feels creepy and
inappropriate, somehow. [...] I think this is cause for concern - where
is BD headed? It just feels uncanny to put childrens shows in sex toy
context. That should be something users can do via customization
options, if they feel the need - not something a reputable company such
as Bad Dragon should release." To which he received both support and
opposition; some pointing out that it is "straight up creepy" while
others were saying to keep an open mind when buying Bad Dragon
merchandise and followed the rule of "Let she/he who has the vanilla
dong cast the first stone".

DeleteThey only list the "shaft diameter" on the site which refers to the outer diameter.I wish they would include the inner diameter. Based on the cross section pics, they look almost exactly the same tightness -- Mary the Anthro Mare is thinner at 2.2" diameter, but the inner diameter looks a bit wider, while Sugar Star has a 2.5" outer diameter with a slightly smaller looking inner diameter.

Reading the thread on the BD forums is infuriating. That said I kind of agree that the character art for the toy skews a bit on the young-looking side. The proportions are about halfway between mane 6/adult ponies and the CMC so it does make me a little bit uncomfortable. Wish the artist (braeburned, apparently) would have gone for slightly smaller head, slightly longer legs, a thinner and *slightly* more anthropomorphized torso to give the appearance of some curves, and just not quite as "squishy" looking which gives off that babyfat look.
